The following activities are strictly prohibited on the n999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required:

Upon closure of an account, n999 will process a refund of any verified real-money balance (net of applicable bonus funds and pending winnings under review) to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. n999 shall not be liable for any losses — including but not limited to gambling losses — arising from Platform downtime or technical errors.
In no event shall n999's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your n999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
